CROSSLINE 500 Automatic Crosscut Saw for Lumber Breakout

Crossline 500 Automatic Crosscut Saw for Lumber Breakout
  • Powerful cross cutting of wall panel, roof, and floor panel components for standard 2x framing lumber dimensions.

  • Features powerful onboard cutlist software and compatible with all leading 3D design software.

  • Fully customizable for your offsite framing and modular manufacturing lumber breakout needs, including infeed and outfeed tables, labeling and inkjet marking, and stud milling, drilling, and routing options.

The Soukup CROSSLINE 500 automatic crosscut saw is equipped with a ø500 mm sawblade. This robust saw is fed via a servo driven electronic loading pusher, and a static unloading table.

The machine can work in manual mode or work automatically using data from WinCreator or any major third party software. In addition, the Crossline is capable of cutting in pairs, streamlining production.

Cutting accuracy is guaranteed by two upper and two side pneumatic clamps that secure the work piece while cutting.

When used in conjunction with data downloaded from WinCreator, the Crossline 500 becomes an integral part of the production control system, seamlessly integrating with other key machines which use the same data.

An optional automatic label printer is available to label elements as they exit for easy identification in subsequent assembly.
