Crossline Automatic Cross-Cut Saws

Our CROSSLINE series of automatic crosscut saws bring streamlined precision to your material breakout. These saws are fed via a servo driven electronic loading pusher, and a static unloading table.

They are able to work in manual mode or work autonomously using data from our WinCreator software, or any major third party software. In addition, the Crossline is capable of cutting in pairs, streamlining production.

The Crossline is an integral part of the production control system, seamlessly integrating with other key machines which use the same data. Each model also features optional automatic label printing to label elements as they exit, for easy identification in subsequent assembly.

FRAMER Series Framing Tables

Step 2: Panel Assembly and Framing

Our FRAMER series is engineered for safe, rapid, and tight panel assembly. These tables are made from heavy-gage steel and equipped with adjustable pneumatic clamps for a forgiving, easy-to-use system which stands up to heavy daily volume.

Each table in the series can be built to custom lengths to fit your production needs, with no limitations to your on-center framing style. The FRAMER series can even integrate automation and robotics as your production grows.
