Existing tenoning machine on the market can partly facilitate window production, but still do not have the necessary flexibility. In the majority of small joinery workshops the business owner has many responsibilities from getting orders, running the workshop to manufacture it and to getting paid for their work once completed. This is a common issue for many joinery workshops and we therefore designed the TEMAC to revolutionise the organisation and manufacturing process of these workshops.
  • TEMAC M – a heavy tenoner with 3 working positions of the main tenoning unit and a manually operated cut-off saw and a tenoning fence with a motorised table; powered by an industrial PC with WinCreator software
  • TEMAC E – a heavy tenoner with fully electronically controlled set-up of the spindle, a as an optional cut-off saw, a fence. The machine is powered by an industrial PC with WinCreator software

The base of the tenoning machine is constructed from heavy structured ribbed steel to obtain a monolithic compact machine which is rigid and highly resistant to heavy loads and stress. The cut off saw is positioned pneumatically on a revolver with 4 stops. Tenoning units are driven by HP 10 motor and on 330 mm long shaft can carry 3 tools leveled in 3 fixed positions. Vertical 3 positions adjustment is by means of pneumatic pistons on precise linear bearings with help of a balancing pneumatic piston.
The tenoning carriage moving on linear bearings is controlled by an inverter for variable speed. The tenoning fence is swiveling up to 45° with reading on a monitor. Two stops with a mechanical readout are for timbers up to 2900 mm.
The tenoning machine is powered by PC BECKOHOFF with 5,7“ touch screen in Windows CE environment designed for industrial applications. The system allows working in a manual mode or having data from WinCreator, it can work in automatic cycle.
The industrial performance of the machine offers an easy operation and maintenance. All units are lubricated from the central panel.

The spindle is continuously programmed. The cut-off saw and the tenoning fence can be equipped as optional  with electronic adjustment.

Our team has been producing and developing machines since 1996. Jaroslav Soukup, our founder and chief designer, has been designing machinery specifically for windows and doors for over 20 years. From the beginning, we've focused on small to intermediate-sized window and door productions, and producing comprehensive solutions, specifically tailored to their business needs.

Small-Sized Joinery Shops

Our TEMAC tenoning machine in tandem with your existing shaper machine creates the basis for the production of bespoke windows and doors.

Medium-Sized Production Shops

The CRAFTER machining center, together with our VERSA milling and drilling machine, linked together via WinCreator software, is an ideal solution for the for the manufacture of tilt&turn windows.

Large-Sized Production Shops (Daily Production Volume 25-30 Windows)

Our WIZARD large CNC Machining center for high-volume knockdown producton, combined with our DRILLEX CNC drilling and milling machine is intended for the serial production of windows and doors. The device can supplement automatic cross-cut saw CROSSLINE W and ARCUS for efficient manufacturing of curved components. The whole system is controlled by WinCreator or by a third-party software.
